Kelly Kaeser

General Counsel

As General Counsel of Santa Barbara Alpha Strategies, Kelly Kaeser handles all ongoing legal and regulatory matters for the firm and also oversees the firm’s compliance program. Kelly was formerly a civil litigation attorney at a well-respected Los Angeles law firm that specializes in all areas of employment law. In addition to his courtroom successes, Kelly has favorably resolved monetary and business disputes between and among securities firms and individual registered representatives within the securities industry’s National Association of Securities Dealers dispute resolution forum. Prior to joining the law firm, Kelly worked as an attorney specializing in compliance and litigation at the second largest investor-owned healthcare company in the U.S.

Kelly received his J.D. from Santa Barbara College of Law after attending the University of California, Los Angeles. Kelly is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of California and has argued before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
